The year is 2001. Through the sacrifices of many, Giorno Giovanna and his team defeated the boss of the crime syndicate Passione. However, for one member who split off from the team halfway, Pannacotta Fugo, his story is not over. Giorno, who now leads the gang, wishes to clean up the negative legacy left by the former boss by eliminating the "drug team" of Passione. To do that, he sends his number three man to assign the job to Fugo, who can either accept or face the consequences.
