At the One-Shot Manga Cafe, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. The following are details on how we process and ship your orders:

Our preferred shipping service is Chit Chats.
PROCESSING TIMES
In-Stock Items
In-stock items are typically shipped out within three (3) to five (5) business days.
Special Order Items
Special order items are items that are not currently in stock but available to order. When a customer places a special order, we source the item from our suppliers.
Please expect a wait time of fifteen (15) business days or more.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are items that have a scheduled release date and are available to order in advance of said release date.
We typically ship pre-order items one (1) to two (2) business days after the release date.
Backorder Items
Backorder items are items that are currently out of stock AND also unavailable from our suppliers. The wait time for these items is dependent on the publisher.
Customers have the option to make changes to their order if no estimated delivery date is available.
Product Bundles
Product bundles are several items that are grouped and sold together. Our manga sets are an example of a product bundle.
Manga sets and box set bundles may be shipped separately based on availability. Available products in the bundle will be shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days. Special order products will be shipped in fifteen (15)+ business days.
Pre-Order Bundles
Pre-order bundles are bundles of multiple pre-order items.
Each pre-order item will be shipped out separately one (1) to two (2) days after release date.

We are based in Canada and ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.
Please note that we currently do not offer in-store pickup options.

All Other Provinces:
$12.99 CAD ($19.99 CAD for Pre-Order Bundles)

UNITED STATES
$13.99 USD ($24.99 USD for Pre-Order Bundles)
Free shipping for all eligible orders* of $150 USD or more.
Pre-Order Bundles currently do not qualify for free shipping outside Canada.
American customers are responsible for all tariffs, customs fees and other fees as levied in their home country and state.

Business Days: Refers to the days a company operates for regular business and shipping activities. These typically include Mondays to Fridays. Weekends and public holidays are NOT business days in North America.
Shipping Time Estimates: All shipping times provided are estimates only and subject to change based on product availability and other factors.
Eligible Orders: Orders for products sold by One-Shot Manga Cafe only. Partner-fulfilled products do NOT qualify for free shipping. One-Shot Manga Cafe's partners have their own fixed shipping fees.
