At the One-Shot Manga Cafe, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. The following are details on how we process and ship your orders:

Our preferred shipping service is Chit Chats.
PROCESSING TIMES
In-Stock Items
In-stock items are typically shipped out within three (3) to five (5) business days.
Special Order Items
Special order items are items that are not currently in stock but available to order. When a customer places a special order, we source the item from our suppliers.
Please expect a wait time of fifteen (15) business days or more.
Backorder Items
Backorder items are items that are currently out of stock AND also unavailable from our suppliers. The wait time for these items is dependent on the publisher.
Customers have the option to make changes to their order if no estimated delivery time is available.
Product Bundles
Product bundles are several items that are grouped and sold together. Our manga sets are an example of a product bundle.
Manga sets and box set bundles may be shipped separately based on availability. Available products in the bundle will be shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days. Special order products will be shipped in fifteen (15)+ business days.

We are based in Canada and ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.

Ontario & Quebec:
$4.99 CAD flat fee. Free shipping for all orders of $100 CAD or more.
Alberta & British Columbia:
$11.99 CAD flat fee. Free shipping for all orders of $150 CAD or more
All Other Provinces:
$12.99 CAD flat fee. Free shipping for all orders of $150 CAD or more
UNITED STATES
$13.99 USD flat fee. Free shipping for all orders of $150 USD or more.
American customers are responsible for all tariffs, customs fees and other fees as levied in their home country and state.
INTERNATIONAL (All Countries Outside Canada & North America)
