Some items in our store may be offered to you special order backorder, or pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Special Orders/Backorders/Pre-Orders
When you purchase a Special Order, Backorder, or Pre-Order product, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill at a future date.
Special order products may be on our suppliers' backorder lists, which means that estimated delivery times may not be available. Please contact us to confirm the status of your special order at info@theoneshotmangacafe.com.
If a special order product has no estimated delivery date, you have the option of making a change to your order, either via cancellation or changing the product of choice. Please email us directly at info@theoneshotmangacafe.com and we can assist you with this request.
